Van 25 juni tot 3 juli vond de 7de editie van het Brussels International Film Festival (BRIFF) plaats. Ook dit jaar werd er een gevarieerd aanbod aan films vertoond bestaande uit een drieledige competitie (Nationaal, Internationaal & Directors’ Week), retrospectieven, cartes blanches en openluchtvertoningen. Negen dagen lang werden alle films in de mooiste filmzalen van Brussel getoond. De winnaars van de BRIFF-awards zijn nu bekend.
